Naked and gorgeous Au naturel is Twool's pure undyed twine, fabulous for everything; traditional use in the garden, around the house, for crafts, floristry, gift wrapping....

Made from Dartmoor wool and entirely manufactured in the UK, twool twine continues doing good after its working life by releasing nitrogen as it bio-degrades on the compost heap. How cool is that!

Every manufacturing process is done right here in Britain meaning you can have confidence in the knowledge that you are supporting British heritage manufacturing businesses"

Award Winning Twine made from Dartmoor Wool

Super sustainable twool twine is the only home grown British garden twine there is.  Made in Devon from the wool of the rare breed Whiteface Dartmoor sheep twool twine is 100% British wool and is a versatile strong, durable and supple biodegradeable alternative to imported jute twine.

Inspired by exquisite moorland colours the range of twine colours complement flowers and plants beautifully making twool perfect for traditional garden use floristry and crafts.

“Our hope is that twool will be a modern day thread linking sheep and wool in a commercial marketplace and be a potential life-line for this rare breed sheep.”

Customer reviews

Yes, its true this fantastic twine, is great for many things, and its completely natural so it's biodegradable. But while researching about the brand I came to find, that they don't exactly qualify as cruelty free, just check their video about shearers, and you'll see what I'm talking about. If you care at all for the environment (which I bet you do, otherwise you wouldn't be shopping here), you should also think about the animals involved in making this.

Just the truth
